Passenger Rules Acknowledgment - PartyBus360 Rental Agreement

This Passenger Rules Acknowledgment ("Agreement") pertains to the rental of a vehicle from PartyBus360 ("Company").

1. Definitions:
1.1. Client: The individual who has entered into a rental agreement with PartyBus360, and whose name is listed on the reservation documents. The Client is the individual responsible for the reservation and any associated financial obligations.
1.2. Passenger: Any individual who is a guest of the Client and who utilizes the rented vehicle during the rental period.
2. Purpose:
This Agreement serves to inform all Passengers of the rules and regulations governing the use of the Company's rented vehicle and to establish their understanding of potential liability for any damages or violations of these rules.

3. Acknowledgment of Rules:

3.1. By boarding and utilizing the rented vehicle, each Passenger acknowledges that they have been made aware of, or have had the opportunity to review, the rules and regulations outlined in the PartyBus360 Rental Agreement, which is available at: https://www.partybus360.com/rental-agreement.

3.2. Passengers agree to comply with all rules and regulations, including, but not limited to:
- Prohibition of illegal substances.
- Restrictions on smoking.
- Appropriate behavior and conduct.
- Respect for the vehicle and its equipment.
- Adherence to instructions from the driver or Company staff.
- No standing on seats.
- No use of flames (including, but not limited to, candles, lighters, and pyrotechnics).
- No use of confetti or similar materials.
- No bodily fluids are to be expelled inside of the vehicle.
- The emergency hatch is for emergency use only. An $800 fee will be assessed for any non-emergency opening of the emergency hatch.
- Excessive mess or the cleaning of bodily fluids will result in a $450 detailing fee.
- Smoking inside the vehicle will result in a $1000 smoking fee.
- Underage drinking will result in the immediate termination of the ride and no refund will be issued.
4. Liability:
4.1. Passengers understand that the Client, as defined in Section 1.1, is responsible to the Company for any damages caused by the Passenger or any other guests during the rental period.
4.2. Passengers acknowledge that the Client may seek financial compensation from them for any damages that they cause to the vehicle or any other associated costs, including but not limited to, the fees listed in section 3.2.
4.3. Passengers agree to be held responsible for their actions and any resulting damages.
5. Understanding:
5.1. By utilizing the rented vehicle, all Passengers acknowledge and agree that they are bound by the rules and regulations outlined in this Agreement and the PartyBus360 Rental Agreement.
