Brook Hollow Winery is a family-run farm winery nestled in scenic Warren County, New Jersey, overlooking the stunning Delaware Water Gap. Founded in 2006 by Paul Ritter—former wildlife biologist turned winemaker—alongside his wife Debbie and their three daughters, what began as a backyard hobby has flourished into a thriving destination.
Originally starting with just a few grapevines and weekend tastings at Brook Hollow Farm, the family’s dedication quickly outgrew its humble beginnings. In 2013, they opened a brand-new facility on a 10-acre farm, now home to over 7,000 vines. As a proud holder of a New Jersey Farm Winery license, all wines are made using 100% New Jersey-grown fruit.
Paul specializes in crafting high-quality dry table wines, but there’s something for every palate—including sweeter options, seasonal frozen wine slushies, and the beloved Chocolate Merlot Milkshake.
Brook Hollow Winery is open seven days a week for tastings and bottle sales. Come experience local wine, made with love and tradition.
