Blue Cork Winery and Vineyard is a family-owned, Italian-Greek winery located in the Outer Coastal Plains of New Jersey. Founded by Michelle and Angelo Tantaros, the journey began in 2012 when they purchased farmland and began transforming it into a vineyard. Their first vines were planted in 2014, followed by a second planting in 2016. By 2018, their first vintage of Chardonnay was produced, and in May 2019, Blue Cork opened its doors to the public. Today, they proudly grow, farm, and bottle all their wines on-site, crafting natural, distinctive wines from vine to glass.
